GreenRoute is an operations platform for lawn care, property preservation, and home inspection businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using GreenRoute, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, and password. Business data: client records, job and scheduling details, contractor and worker profiles, addresses, and phone numbers. Field data: time-stamped, geo-stamped photos, check-in and check-out times, and inspection reports. Billing information is processed through our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. We may also collect device and usage information to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use information
We use your data to run the features you rely on — scheduling jobs, managing crews, generating invoices and pay runs, running quality-control workflows, and sending operational notifications and reminders. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can export or delete your business data at any time from within the app, and account deletion removes your records in line with this policy. Some records may be retained where required by law.
