Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using GreenRoute, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. GreenRoute provides scheduling, field operations, inspections, payroll, and compliance tools for service businesses.
Subscriptions and trial
GreenRoute offers paid subscription plans. New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial of the full platform; the trial ends automatically and billing begins only after the trial period unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for using the platform lawfully. You may not misuse the service, upload content you do not have rights to, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Limitation of liability
GreenRoute is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
